Khin Maung Nyunt
Khin Maung Nyunt (Mogok) (1936–2020) was a visionary Burmese artist whose creative journey was deeply rooted in the landscapes and emotions of his homeland. Born in the historic town of Inwa, he is known by the name "Mogok" due to the significant time he spent there as an educator.

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Mandalay University in 1964, he dedicated much of his early career to shaping young minds as a senior teacher in Mogok. This role had a profound influence on his perspective on life and art. He was an active participant in the Burmese art scene, showcasing his works in numerous group exhibitions across the country.
His international debut came in 2005 when he contributed to the renowned “BEEPPU” Project in Beppu, Japan, marking a pivotal moment in his career. In 2018, at the age of 82, he held his first solo exhibition at Suvannabhumi Art Gallery in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Though he passed away in Mogok in 2020, his legacy continues to thrive. His evocative works have been celebrated posthumously in two solo exhibitions—one in Chiang Mai in 2022 and another at Artist Space Gallery. K.M. Nyunt’s art remains a timeless tribute to his life and artistic spirit.
ခင်မောင်ညွန့် (မိုးကုတ်) (၁၉၃၆–၂၀၂၀) သည် မိခင်မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ရှုခင်းများနှင့် ခံစားချက်များတွင် အမြစ်တွယ်နေသော စိတ်ကူးယဉ်ဆန်သည့် မြန်မာ့အနုပညာရှင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်သည်။ သမိုင်းဝင်မြို့ဖြစ်သော အင်းဝမြို့တွင် မွေးဖွားခဲ့ပြီး မိုးကုတ်မြို့တွင် ပညာပေးဆရာအဖြစ် ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် ကာလကြောင့် “မိုးကုတ်” ဟု လူသိများသည်။
၁၉၆၄ ခုနှစ်တွင် မန္တလေးတက္ကသိုလ်မှ သိပ္ပံဘွဲ့ကို ရရှိပြီးနောက် မိုးကုတ်မြို့တွင် အကြီးတန်းဆရာအဖြစ် နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ သင်ကြားပို့ချပေးခဲ့သည်။ ဤတာဝန်သည် ဘဝနှင့် အနုပညာအပေါ် သူ၏ အမြင်ကို နက်ရှိုင်းစွာ လွှမ်းမိုးခဲ့သည်။ သူသည် မြန်မာ့အနုပညာလောကတွင် တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်ခဲ့ပြီး နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်းရှိ အုပ်စုလိုက်ပြပွဲများစွာတွင် သူ၏ လက်ရာများကို ပြသခဲ့သည်။
၂၀၀၅ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ၊ ဘဲပူးမြို့၌ ကျင်းပသော ကျော်ကြားသည့် “BEEPPU” ပရောဂျက်တွင် ပါဝင်ခြင်းဖြင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ အနုပညာလောကသို့ ခြေချနိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် အသက် ၈၂ နှစ်အရွယ်၌ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ၊ ချင်းမိုင်မြို့ရှိ သုဝဏ္ဏဘူမိအနုပညာပြခန်း၌ ပထမဆုံး ကိုယ်ပိုင်ပြပွဲကို ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။ ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်တွင် မိုးကုတ်မြို့၌ ကွယ်လွန်ခဲ့သော်လည်း သူ၏ အမွေအနှစ်သည် ဆက်လက်တည်ရှိနေဆဲဖြစ်သည်။ သူ၏ စွဲမက်ဖွယ်ရာ လက်ရာများကို ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်တွင် ချင်းမိုင်မြို့၌ လည်းကောင်း၊ အခြားတစ်ကြိမ်တွင် Artist Space ပြခန်း၌ လည်းကောင်း ကိုယ်ပိုင်ပြပွဲ နှစ်ခုတွင် ဂုဏ်ပြုပြသခဲ့သည်။ K.M. Nyunt ၏ အနုပညာသည် သူ၏ ဘဝနှင့် အနုပညာစိတ်ဓာတ်အတွက် ထာဝရ ဂုဏ်ပြုမှုတစ်ခုအဖြစ် တည်ရှိနေဆဲဖြစ်သည်。
